Welcome to our interactive Drag and Drop Exercise! Your task is to correctly categorize the given devices into ‘Input‘ or ‘Output‘. Follow the simple steps below to complete the exercise:

  1. Identify the Device Categories: There are two categories in this exercise – ‘Input‘ and ‘Output‘. The ‘Input’ category includes devices that send data to the computer, while the ‘Output’ category includes devices that receive data from the computer.
  2. Review the Devices: We have five devices for this exercise: Mouse, Monitor, Keyboard, Speakers, and Microphone.
  3. Begin the Exercise:
    • Click and hold the ‘Input” icon. As an input device, drag it over to the ‘Mouse‘ box and release your click to drop it there.
    • Click and hold the ‘Output’ icon. This is an output device, so drag it to the ‘Monitor‘ box and release it there.
    • Repeat the process for the ‘Keyboard’, ‘Speakers’ and ‘Microphone’
  4. Check Your Work: Once you’ve placed all the devices into the correct categories, take a moment to review your work.
  5. Click the ‘Check’ icon to receive immediate feedback on your work.

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the Drag and Drop Exercise. Keep practicing to enhance your understanding of input and output devices.
